All Provoqué watches come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The execution of warranty services (repair or replacement) is handled by our manufacturing partner in China, who is responsible for performing and evaluating warranty claims.
Provoqué GmbH serves as the intermediary for customer communication and coordination but does not itself perform the technical warranty service.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This website and all related legal relationships are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Liestal (Switzerland).
