Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Noel Benz, Schlösslifeld 7, Biel, Switzerland, info@provoquewatches.com) in writing (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your intention to withdraw from the contract. You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not, however, required. Alternatively, you can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other unambiguous declaration electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from a cheaper standard delivery not offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or surrender the goods immediately, but no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notify us of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for examining their quality, characteristics and mode of operation.
